Management of on average 380 event bookings utilizing audio, video, PA and computer equipment for audiences ranging from 30 to 300 or more attendees. Setup and operation of equipment for special events including campus graduations, new student orientations and memorials. Supervision, scheduling and training of mulitiple front desk student assistants in office procedures, policies and the operation of media equipment for support of classrooms, equipment rentals and special events. Research, ordering and receiving into computer database inventory system of all newly acquired checkout equipment. Equipment costs averaged $16,000.00 yearly. Management of security for classroom key checkouts and returns for faculty and staff. Tracking, enforcement and billing for overdue, damaged, incomplete and lost equipment. Fees collected averaged $1000.00 yearly. Examination, redesign and implementation of various front desk and checkout policies procedures so that efficiency and productivity can be maximized. Assistance in the design, quality control and usability testing of the Media Services Database. Said database is used for customer tracking, event and checkout bookings, repair ticket reporting, service orders, inventory, billing and location information.
